You took the course, passed it and forgot to download/print your certificate.  Now what?

We get many tickets from Public Safety officers asking how to retrieve certificates from passed courses once they have backed out of the course.  Here's a step-by-step guide to help you retrieve your certificate:

Course Archive - Virtual Academy has a built-in feature that allows officers to go in and view any course they have taken ranging from the current to all previous years.  To access this, simply login and click on active courses on the left.  You will then see a small button titled "Course Archive" above the courses listed.  Simply click on that button and all of your completed courses for the year will appear.  You can then access any course by clicking on the title of the course.  You can also view the material if you like, as well as your grade and you can download the certificate from the course.  To do this, simply click on the last unit of the course and then click on "Grade Book" located to the left.  That will allow you to then download the certificate.  Lastly, within the course archive, there is a feature that lets you change the year accordingly.  This option is located in the upper left-hand side while in the course archive.  This allows you to view certificates from any previous years.

As always, give us a call if you have any issues pulling up your prior certificates: 844.381.2134
