The Virtual Academy Technical Support team is available 24/7 to assist you with any login or technical issues, to take comments or suggestions, and to help answer any questions you may have.
How to Contact Technical Support
Technical Support contact information and options can be accessed from two different places on the Virtual Academy site:
On the right side of the Virtual Academy login page, there is a ‘Help’ button (framed in red above). Click on this to pull up a window with different options for contacting Technical Support.
Alternatively, after logging in, Technical Support options can be found in the upper-right hand corner of the site.
Technical Support Contact Options
There are three different options for contacting Technical Support. All options are available at any time, 24/7 except for on December 25, Christmas Day.
The chat option will open a live chat with a support agent. The contact number will get you in direct over-the-phone contact with one of our agents. The request option will also allow you to create a ticket to send to us. We will analyze the ticket and then contact you back with either an update or a resolution.
If you are experiencing issues logging in, you may click the 'Forgot Password' button located underneath the username and password spaces on the login page. This option does require that you already know your username. An email will be sent to you with a link to create a new password.
