Mississippi 911 Training Starts Here
Mississippi telecommunicators must complete a 40-hour basic course, a 24-hour EMD course, and 48 hours of continuing education every three years. While Virtual Academy does not provide the 24-hour EMD course, we do offer up to 16 hours of continuing education credits that count toward the state’s requirements. With our extensive online catalog, your team can complete approved training without leaving the center—making compliance easier, more efficient, and tailored to the real-world needs of Mississippi 911 professionals.
