​The National Emergency Number Association (NENA) partnered with us five years ago to enhance training for 9-1-1 professionals. This collaboration led to the development of the "Telecommunicator Core Competencies" course, a 40-hour, self-paced online program designed to provide foundational training for 9-1-1 dispatchers. The course aims to equip participants with the essential skills needed to deliver effective and efficient 9-1-1 services to the public. ​​
