Halcyon Frank

Halcyon Frank, ENP, has spent the last seven years working in emergency communications, starting out at a large law enforcement agency before making the switch to dispatching law, fire, and EMS. She is also the founder of The Dispatch Lab, a dispatch training and consulting company and the Director of Training and Development for the Denise Amber Lee Foundation. She has spent much of her dispatch career training new telecommunicators and developing training curricula and resources and is passionate about supporting those behind the console. She also works to help bring more positivity to dispatch and beyond through her brand, #BeAnEncourager, and has an unwavering belief that we have the power to make our first responder environment better for everyone if we work together.
