About the Course

When the unthinkable happens—a cyberattack takes down your CAD system, your phones glitch, and your operations are thrown into chaos—how does your center respond?

Behind the Breach: A 9-1-1 Cyberattack Case Study for Floor Operations takes participants inside the July 2024 cyberattack that crippled the largest 9-1-1 center in the state for a week during its busiest season. This session examines the operational response from the floor perspective: how telecommunicators, supervisors, and leadership adapted, communicated, and rebuilt workflows on the fly.

Participants will walk away with actionable strategies to strengthen operational resilience, improve communication during system failures, and prepare their own centers for the next unexpected disruption.
