About the Course
Conflict is a natural part of human interaction—yet how we respond to it can determine whether relationships strengthen or break down. This course explores the dynamics of conflict through the lenses of communication, emotion, and perception. Conflict Management prepares students to identify, navigate and manage common types of conflicts through both organizational and personal perspectives. Presents communication styles and strategies used for working through conflict. Participants will learn to recognize what happens in the brain during tense moments, understand how emotions influence behavior, and practice ways to de-escalate conflict before it spirals.
