About the Course
Culture is how we care for our people, and our people are the most important resource we have. However, often the stress of the profession can start to creep into the culture we have in the communications center. It is vital that we intentionally build a positive culture that supports and builds up our people. In this course, Troy Cordle, ENP, Michael Notarstefano, and Jamison Peevyhouse from RapidSOS will discuss how you can change the culture of your agency with belonging, vulnerability, and intentionality.

Jamison Peevyhouse
Jamison Peevyhouse is a Training Coordinator for the Tennessee Emergency Communications Board. His career began in 1998 as a telecommunicator in a medium-sized 9-1-1 Center. Jamison has served as a telecommunicator, supervisor, trainer, and director. In addition to 9-1-1, he also has been a long-time field response unit with Emergency Management and Search and Rescue.
