Josh Blair
Lt. Josh Blair, Director of Training, has been in law enforcement for 20 years. He was transferred in 2009 to the Blount County Sheriff's Office Training Academy as a full-time staff instructor. Since then, he has worked his way up to lieutenant and director of training.
