From Service to Legacy: Building Nonprofit Foundations for Agencies guides ECC leaders and community partners through every step of establishing and sustaining a nonprofit arm—from concept to compliance. Participants will explore organizational structure, legal requirements, board development, and fundraising strategies that ensure long-term impact.
