Interacting with Drivers Who Are Deaf or Hard of Hearing

Dr. Anna Goodloe, PhD, has been a Texas Peace Officer, Training Coordinator, and Sergeant. She has coordinated and taught multiple classes in a Police Academy. She also teaches mandated, intermediate and developmental courses to Peace Officers. Dr. Goodloe has developed and written 100+ courses, has taught 500+ courses for online and ground campuses, and is proficient in both ground and distance learning environments specializing in adult learning.
