Participants will learn practical strategies for bridging generational gaps, improving teamwork, and leading across age groups with understanding and respect. Special focus is given to the unique challenges and strengths of multi-generational dispatch and emergency response teams, where collaboration, communication, and mutual trust are essential for success.

Beth McGrath

Beth McGrath is a sought-after consultant in career development, executive coaching, supervisory training, conflict management, and communication. With over twenty years of teaching experience—including ten in human resources—Beth has taught for institutions such as the City of Grand Junction, Colorado Mesa University, Regis University, and the Conflict Center. She is widely known for delivering engaging, practical classes that inspire employees at all levels.

Beth has deep ties to public safety, with a husband who served in law enforcement and several family members who were firefighters. She has provided leadership and supervisory training to public safety professionals, government employees, Non-profit staff and members of the public sector, delivering customizable classes designed to meet the unique needs of organizations. Beth’s experience also includes conducting workplace investigations and coaching individuals in behavior change. She is certified to facilitate 5 Behaviors of a team, DISC and Emergenetics behavior
