Legacy Leadership Mindset – Embracing Culture challenges participants to elevate their leadership by cultivating a mindset of appreciation, trust, and mutual respect.
This course explores how cultural understanding enhances team collaboration, reduces conflict, and strengthens morale. Participants will learn how to shift from mere tolerance to appreciation of differences, communicate assertively without aggression, and identify the key behaviors that build or erode trust. By embracing selflessness and empathy, leaders and team members can model respect, improve working relationships, and positively influence organizational culture in even the most challenging times.

He is accredited as a Certified Human Behavior Consultant (CHBC), Master Trainer and Co-Developer of DISC Personality Testing Program, Consultant Advisor for the DISC model, and Foundation of Core Values (FCVC) accredited Coach. Carl is a published author and contributing writer of DISC books, workshop products and an online DISC assessment.
