About the Course
In this course, Tracy Ertl from HeroLight Training will discuss how telecommunicators can best serve veterans who call 9-1-1. She will focus on the importance of recognizing and understanding the unique challenges veterans face, such as PTSD and TBI. Tracy Ertl
Tracy Ertl served for 28 years in public safety communications with Brown County Public Safety Communications in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She has served as an adjunct law enforcement instructor for APCO and is the owner of Titletown Publishing, a publishing company specializing in survival and police titles. She is also the founder of HeroLight Training where she is a trainer.
