The Gold Line Rule: Wellness, Leadership, and Culture
Duration
8 Hours
About the Course
The “Gold Line” connects every emergency call to the first responders who answer the radio—and to the communities they serve. But that same line also represents the connection between wellness, leadership, and culture inside the Emergency Communications Center (ECC).
The Gold Line Rule is a full-day, experiential workshop designed to help ECC leaders and wellness advocates build resilient, high-performing teams. Participants examine how stress, communication, and leadership behaviors shape center culture. Through interactive discussions, practical leadership tools, and guided reflection, participants learn to strengthen their team’s wellness foundation and lead from compassion without compromising accountability.
