Triggers and Trauma: Understanding the Weight of the Headset helps participants recognize the effects of secondary trauma, build self-awareness around emotional triggers, and apply evidence-based grounding and recovery techniques. The course also promotes peer support and chaplaincy collaboration, empowering ECC professionals to care for themselves and one another.
