Dr. Marc Brown
Dr. Marc Brown has 14 years of experience as an active police officer and has been involved in law enforcement training for 12 years, including five years as a physical techniques instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC). He holds a doctorate in education and organizational leadership with an emphasis in organizational development. Dr. Brown is an expert witness and consultant in criminal and civil courts involving police use of force and tactics. He is the lead instructor at the University of South Carolina's Excellence in Policing and Public Safety Program and also works as a consultant and instructor for Polar Solutions.
