About the Course
This course focuses on leadership development. Led by Katrina Harley, a 911 director and former executive director, the course aims to help individuals assess their leadership styles, identify strengths and challenges, and overcome limiting beliefs. Participants will learn to balance authority with approachability, innovation with tradition, and develop a personal leadership action plan. The course emphasizes introspection, self-confidence, and taking bold steps toward career advancement.

Katrina Harley, M.S.Ed.
Katrina Harley has had many years of experience through nonprofit work as an executive director of a domestic violence agency. Within that agency she served domestic violence victims, writing temporary protective orders accompanying to court and the advocacy piece of assisting our domestic violence victims and survivors.
