In crisis, your voice is your most powerful tool. Every word, tone, and pause can influence how a caller—or a colleague—responds in a moment of chaos.

Your Voice Is Power helps dispatchers, trainers, and team leads harness the power of intentional communication to de-escalate callers, manage team tension, and lead with composure. Participants will learn how to use tone, pace, and clarity to shape outcomes both on the phone and within the communications center.

Through guided practice, self-assessment, and role-play, participants develop emotional intelligence and practical voice control techniques that enhance performance, teamwork, and professionalism.
