I Am Not A Babysitter

In this course, Dominique Mathis, MS Ed wants to break the stereotype that supervisors in communications centers have to be babysitters. Students will learn how to be a proactive supervisor, apply techniques to engage your team, and develop characteristics or qualities to be an effective leader.
