Stop Training the Symptom: Building a Performance-Focused Operations Culture in 9-1-1

This course challenges 9-1-1 center leaders to move beyond the assumption that “more training” solves every issue. Participants learn to identify the true causes behind performance gaps, behavior issues, and cultural dysfunction—and to develop leadership strategies that strengthen accountability, trust, and collaboration.
