The Leader's Role in Developing and Nurturing Agency Culture

The United States is changing so fast that we need people in leadership positions who

understand how culture is changing and can help implement methods and training to

adapt to the changing culture. In this course, Rich Jessup will discuss the ways that

the culture in a department can affect leadership and leadership can affect the culture,

the current challenges for law enforcement and how they can affect the culture, and

how to get the right people in the right position to create the culture you want in your

department.
