About the Course
This course will explore some best practices for interacting with callers who
have Autism Spectrum Disorder. The goal of the course is to help
telecommunicators to be better able to help callers with Autism by
understanding the characteristics of Autism, how people on the spectrum
communicate, and how to identify red flags that the caller is on the spectrum.
