Understanding the Mission

In this course, Leslie Whitham, ENP, will discuss the value and importance of

understanding the mission of your PSAP. She will talk about how to interpret

your agency’s mission and how to apply that mission to your decision-making.

This course will also help you develop a guide for action and making decisions.
