Use of AI in the 9-1-1 Center

In this course, Monica Million explores the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in 9-1-1 centers. She will define terms like Machine Learning, AI, and Generative AI; examine technologies such as transcription, translation, sentiment analysis, data aggregation, weapon detection, and video/photo scraping; and discuss how these technologies mitigate staffing shortages and improve 9-1-1 operations by augmenting human professionals, not replacing them.
